Due to the death of my husband, Marv Walt, I have commissioned Art Smith Auctioneers to conduct a Live Public Auction here at the farm. I would like to thank you in advance for your consideration and support.

NOTE: Marv was born here on the farm and lived and farmed here for over 89 years. The farm has been in the family for over 107 years and there are items from past generations. Marv and Ruthann milked cows here until 1989 then raised beef and cash crops for the next 30 years. They took pride in the farm and farm equipment, always housed and well maintained. Make plans to be in Coopersville on Saturday, August 20^th @ 10:00AM for the start of this very nice country farm auction.
